PEKING PIE北平派（一款想要承载当下北京的伴手礼）“一窗一景，置景于窗”，十二扇中国窗户的造型，如同画框一般把代表古老而现代的北京十二栋建筑置景于窗，镜像当代北京的精神风貌，达到“古之形，有今风”的诉求，内含“一封家书”一份承载情感的家书，“北平为记，见饼成念，静心汝观，知味赏香”，如此一份想要代表北京当下的伴手礼，加入了北京烤鸭的酱香味“夹心饼干”诞生了。希望回乡的北漂一族带给家人一份北京的记忆。
